Contact K-Lifestyle

K-Lifestyle is a small site. We read every message and reply as soon as we can. Picking the right heading below helps us answer faster.

Feedback and suggestions

Thoughts on a post, a neighbourhood or shop you would like us to cover, or something that got in your way while using the site: write to hello@klifestyles.com. It helps if you include the address of the page you are writing about.

Corrections

If a shop has closed, an address, opening hours or prices have changed, or a link no longer opens, please tell us at hello@klifestyles.com with "Correction" in the subject line. Include the page address, the part that needs fixing and, if you can, a source we can check. Once confirmed we correct the post, and the date appears under "Last updated" on that post.

Partnerships, sponsorship and press

For introducing a shop or brand, hosted visits, sponsored posts or interview requests, write to partnerships@klifestyles.com. How we work together and the rules we keep are on the Partnerships page. Posts that were sponsored or hosted say so at the top, and we do not promise a favourable review in return for payment.

Reporting a comment

If you see a comment that should not be there, send the address of the page to hello@klifestyles.com.

Privacy requests

To see, correct or delete the personal data K-Lifestyle holds about you, or to delete your account, write to privacy@klifestyles.com. Details are in the Privacy Policy. We respond within the time required by applicable law.

Response times

We aim to answer feedback and corrections within a few business days. Partnership and press requests can take longer depending on what is involved. If something is urgent, say so in the subject line.

Mailing address

We do not operate a public mailing address. For matters that need a physical address, such as legal notices, email us first at the addresses above.

What not to send

Please do not send unsolicited manuscripts, investment pitches or cryptocurrency promotions. Do not email sensitive information such as government ID numbers, passport numbers or card details. K-Lifestyle does not ask for that kind of information.
